As info, I purchased the software (Microsoft Expression Web) for $80, as an upgrade to FrontPage. It wasn't an upgrade. It was a full install independent program. FrontPage ownership was not necessary. MS may have caught on to that screw-up and made some changes in Expression Web. The International Brotherhood of Teamsters and Unions-America.com have joined in a co-branding agreement to provide web site building and hosting services to all Teamster local unions. There is a set-up fee and a monthly hosting fee. I feel the cost to a BLET Local Division is too much. There are many alternatives which, for the money, and if you have a member or members capable of the task, can provide you with a web presence that will be beneficial to your Local Division, without draining union funds.
