Proposed changes - North Carded

Note: In order to conform to pending Federal Law regarding off days, we must attempt to set up our assignments prior to any government involvement.

Changing the off days of the 5:30am and 10:00am jobs is necessary in order for the new swing job to fit into the North Carded schedule.

NC07 and 08 - no changes

Establish one new job to swing NC02, 04 and 06. New assignment (NC09) would work 530a (Thursday), 1000a (Saturday), 100p (Monday), off day Wednesday.

Off days for NC01 thru NC06 changed to coincide with establishment of new assignment.

On duty time of NC05 and 06 changed to 100pm or later, as 16T is occasionally called for 100pm.

Will require 7 bulletins. 6 would be a changes in conditions (not info-only, no bidding) and 1 would establish NC09.

Bulletin 1 - NC01, change off day to Friday. Change in conditions.

Bulletin 2 - NC02, change off day to Thursday. Change in conditions.

Bulletin 3 - NC03, change off day to Sunday. Change in conditions.

Bulletin 4 - NC04, change off day to Saturday. Change in conditions.

Bulletin 5 - NC05, change off day to Tuesday. Change on duty time to 100p or later. Change in conditions.

Bulletin 6 - NC06, change off day to Monday. Change on duty time to 100p or later. Change in conditions.

Bulletin 7 - NC09, newly established, swings NC02, NC04 and NC06.
