New Federal Law effective April 14, 2008 - employee accountability
Notice: effective date of new law temporarily suspended
Ignore the above notice. Due to a government screw-up, the law did go into effect on April 14. The temporary suspension of the law was not entered into the Federal Register in time. FRA has claimed that they will use prudence in enforcing the new law, until the appeal is finalized.
