The only Local Agreement in place for AGS engineers is the one concerning A58 out of Meridian (under the agreements tab on the home page).. The AGS 6 month displacement agreement has been superseded by the 30 day roll in the BLET/NS 2007 Agreement. That Sadie Hawkins Agreement is no longer in effect. Please note that under the the current 30 day roll, one must displace the youngest engineer in the the NS Pool and multiple 30 day displacements may now be advertised at the same time. There are NO 'so-called' vest pocket agreements, side-agreements or any other type of agreements that affect AGS engineers. Other than the Meridian Local agreement, all AGS engineers are covered by the current BLET/NS contract.
