WELCOMEBLET Divsion 73 members are engineers and trainmen working on the AGS District (Alabama Division) of Norfolk Southern Railway. Our home terminal is Birmingham, AL. We operate trains between Chattanooga, TN and Meridian, MS. Our district is a vital link within the Meridian Speedway, an intermodal route connecting the east and west coasts.The AGS District employs approximately 180 transportation employees (engineers, conductors and brakemen), operating in through freight, local and road switcher services. . Our district operations traverse approximately 300 miles. |
