2009 Rules Test: No cheat sheets.
It would be a good idea to actually fill out the Study Guide and then, look over it. Why? In the event you do not pass the test, you'll have to take another one without pay. So, for $200-$500, a bit of studying may be worth it. And, if you don't know the rules, we prefer not to work with you.     01-30-09
